                   1/2cup ------------------------ rolled oats

                   14 ----------------------------- strawberries

                   1banana --------------------- broken into chunks

                   1/2tbs ------------------------- vanilla extract

                   1 1/2tbs -----------------------  sugar

            1mango --------------- peeled, diced
           1cup ------------------- plain yogurt
           1/4cup ----------------- sugar or for taste
          1/2cup ------------------  ice
          to taste ------------------ water

          1----------------------------- orange, peeled

           10 ---------------------------- fresh mint leaves or to tate

           1 ---------------------------- lime, juiced      

           1----------------------------- lemon, juiced
