INGREDIENTS

         2cups ------------------------ baby spinach leaves

         3cups ------------------------ ice cubes, or ur wish 

          1(7 ounce) ------------------- pineapple crushed

          1/2cup ----------------------- water or to taste

          1 ----------------------------- banana, slices

          1----------------------------- orange, peeled

           10 ---------------------------- fresh mint leaves or to tate

           1 ---------------------------- lime, juiced      
           1----------------------------- lemon, juiced

PROCEDURE

                    Blend all the items listed above in a blender until the mixture gets smooth. You can also try this with another different leaf.. Serve it...!!!
