INGREDIENTS  

            1mango --------------- peeled, diced
           1cup ------------------- plain yogurt
           1/4cup ----------------- sugar or for taste
          1/2cup ------------------  ice
          to taste ------------------ water

INGREDIENTS

          1 --------------- package macaroni

         1 ----------------  egg

         2cups -----------  milk                                  

         2tbs ------------ butter, melted

         2cups ---------- cheese

         to taste ------------ pepper

          to taste ----------- salt

PROCEDURE

  •     Firstly Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly add some butter for the baking dish.

  •     Lighten the stove add some water and pinch of salt in it to half-boil the macaroni..

  •     In a bowl whisk the egg and milk together. Add butter and cheese. Stir well.

  •     Place the half-boiled macaroni in the prepared baking dish. Pour the egg and cheese liquid over the macaroni, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and stir well.  Then keep the mixture of baking dish in oven..

  •     Bake it for 30-40 mins until the top of the macaroni gets brown. SERVE this delicious tasty baked macaroni and cheese..

   3tbs --------------------------- butter, melted

    1/2cup ----------------------- water

    salt -------------------------- to taste

   1(8 ounce) ----------------- cream cheese, softened

    11/4cups -------------------  sugar powder

    1tbs ------------------------- lemon zest      
 

    1tbs ------------------------ lemon juice
    
   1/2tbs --------------------- vanilla extract

    1cup --------------------- heavy cream

    4cups --------------------  strawberries sliced

 HOW TO COOK

  •   Take a blender add eggs, milk ,water, butter which as been melted, flour, pinch of salt blend it until the mixture gets smooth.

  •   Firstly to crepes lighten the stove put a pan over medium heat after pan gets heat pour the 2tbs batter( the above blended mixture) for each crepe. Rotate a pan so that the batter spread over a pan(like roti or dosa)..It starts getting brown then turn over other side kept until the other side gets brown.. now crepes are ready..

  •   Next step blend cream cheese, sugar powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla with a mixer until the mixture gets smooth..

  •  Now in the middle of each crepe fill with sliced strawberries and cream cheese mixture roll up and down..for decorating can add some strawberries and cream at top of the each crepe Cream Strawberry Crepes are ready. Serve it...:)
