Chicken Hariyali Tikka
About Recipe: This Hariyali chicken tikka is legendary, delicious dish is very easy to cook. chicken pieces rubbed with a batter made from coriander and mint taste good. U may also use chicken legs which makes awesome feeling while eating. These tikka are very tasty and full of green (hariyali) which makes the dish to attract kids to eat..
INGREDIENTS
450gms ------------------- chicken breasts (skinless, boneless, diced)
half bunch/ bunch ----------- fresh coriander
10 -------------------------- mint leaves
1 (or) 2 pieces ------------- fresh ginger
2 cloves ------------------- garlic
1tbs ------------------------ lemon juice
1 (or) 2 -------------------- green chilli, seeded
1tbs (or) to taste --------- salt
PROCEDURE
Serves: 4
Prep: 10-15 mins
Cook: 20-25 mins
Ready in: 3hrs 30mins ( 3hrs for marinating )
In a electronic mixer add all the ingredients fresh coriander, mint leaves, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, green chilli and salt and mix it till it gets paste.
Take skinless bone less chicken in a bowl then add or rub the chicken pieces one by one in a paste or batter which done above... Leave it for some time or 1hr till the batter mix with chicken..
The use grill to cook the hariyali chicken..Preheat it and lightly grease a baking dish and grill the tikka for 15 to 20 mins or till its gets brown color...(OR) u can also cook in a pan..
Take a large pan after lightening place the chicken pieces in a pan over medium heat till outside of tikka changes to golden brown, stirring often to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Then the hariyali chicken tikka is ready to serve... Enjoy eating..:)
